Ready, set, GO!
I'll explain how this is gonna work.
FOOD PART:
Every one day per two weeks (the first three months); I can eat what I want (including dessert). For the rest of the year, it's gonna be one day per month.
Pepsi,7up...and all that too-much-sugar drink is banished. Juice in a reasonable quantity is accepted; 100% orange juice is very good.
Reducing a little the size of food I'm eating.
EXERCICES PART:
I'll do exercices 4 times/week. Yoga (70 min) +3 times at home (30-45min.)
The exercices at home I'll do:
-Dance Dance Revolution ; extremely good for the cardio.
-Push-ups
-Pilates and other stretching.
